Molina Garcia has filed a response. Our independent review of the record, counsel’s brief, and Molina Garcia’s response discloses no nonfrivolous issue for appeal. Accordingly, counsel’s motion for leave to withdraw is GRANTED, counsel is excused from further responsibilities
