Nickerson v. Groendyke Transport, Inc.

Opinion

PER CURIAM: *

Plaintiff-Appellant Patrick M. Nicker-son, proceeding pro se on appeal as he did in the district court, seeks reversal of the district court’s judgment dismissing Nickerson’s action with prejudice. Our review of the entire record on appeal, including the district court’s Memorandum Opinion and Order of April 15, 2008, 2008 WL 1766653, convinces us that the patient and detailed analysis and explanation contained in the district court’s opinion totally and correctly support its judgment. For essentially the same reasons thus set forth by the district court, we affirm the dismissal of Nickerson’s lawsuit with prejudice.

AFFIRMED.
