Opinion of the Court
The Federal Public Defender appointed to represent Jose Manuel Muniz-Solis (Muniz) has moved for leave to withdraw and has filed a brief in accordance with Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967). Muniz has filed a response. Muniz’s claim that he should have received credit for the time he spent in state custody was not cognizable before the district court, and it is not cognizable on direct appeal. See United States v.
