PER CURIAM:* Andrew Eaton sued his former employer, GuideOne America Insurance Company, asserting claims for fraud, conversion, breach of contract, and unjust enrichment. The district court granted defendant’s motion to dismiss and entered judgment in defendant’s favor. Eaton appealed.
