concur with counsel’s assessment that the appeal is moot and that we lack jurisdiction. See Spencer v. Kemna, 523 U.S. 1, 7-8 (1998); United States v. Clark, 193 F.3d 845, 847-48 (5th Cir. 1999). Accordingly, counsel’s motion for leave to withdraw is GRANTED, counsel is excused from further responsibilities herein, and the appeal is DISMISSED AS MOOT.
