Case: 25-60657 Document: 63-1 Page: 2 Date Filed: 09/10/2026

No. 25-60657

Diabaye argues the agency erred in its adverse credibility determination because its factual findings are not supported by the record.

However, he fails to demonstrate that the evidence compels a conclusion contrary to the agency’s determination that he was not a credible witness.

See Avelar-Oliva v. Barr, 954 F.3d 757, 764, 767 (5th Cir. 2020); Zhang v. Gonzales, 432 F.3d 339, 344 (5th Cir. 2005). Because an adverse credibility determination is dispositive, we will not consider any remaining challenges to the denial of Diabaye’s application for asylum and withholding. See Dayo v. Holder, 687 F.3d 653, 658-59 (5th Cir. 2012).

The petition for review is DENIED.
