This appeal has been referred to this Court pursuant to Rule 9(a), Rules of the Sixth Circuit.

Appellant has appealed from the magistrate's order denying his petition for removal of various criminal prosecutions that had been brought against him in Ohio state courts. The order is not appealable. Ambrose v. Welch, 729 F.2d 1084 (6th Cir. 1984). This Court is without jurisdiction to entertain the appeal.

It is ORDERED that the appeal be and hereby is dismissed. Rule 9(d)(1), Rules of the Sixth Circuit.
