PER CURIAM.

Missouri inmate Robert L. Hill appeals the district court’s * preservice dismissal without prejudice of his civil action. Having carefully reviewed the record, we con-elude dismissal was proper. Accordingly, we affirm. See 8th Cir. R. 47B.
