Wylla B. Johnson v. Jo Anne B. Barnhart

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Wylla B. Johnson appeals the district court’s 1 order affirming an administrative law judge’s (AL J) finding that she was not eligible for supplemental security income under Title XVI of the Social Security Act. Having reviewed the record, we conclude that the ALJ’s finding was supported by substantial evidence. This case presents no novel issues to justify an extended discussion. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s judgment. See 8th Cir. R. 47B.
