Thompson v. Merwin

U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit
Thompson v. Merwin, 216 F. App'x 611 (8th Cir. 2007)

Thompson v. Merwin

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

James E. Thompson, Sr., appeals the district court’s1 order dismissing his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 lawsuit under 28 U.S.C. § 1915A. After careful review of the record, we find that Thompson’s claims were properly dismissed, and that an extended discussion would have no precedential value. Accordingly, we affirm. See 8th Cir. R. 47B.

. The Honorable Richard H. Battey, United States District Judge for the District of South Dakota.
