PER CURIAM.

Iowa inmate Stanley Hart appeals the district court’s1 order dismissing without prejudice his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint against prison officials. We conclude that dismissal was proper for the reasons stated by the district court. See 42 U.S.C. § 1997e(a) (exhaustion of administrative remedies). Accordingly, we affirm. See 8th Cir. R. 47B. ______________________________

1 The Honorable Mark W. Bennett, United States District Judge for the Northern District of Iowa.
