In this employment discrimination action, Yufan Zhang appeals the district court’s1 denial of his motion to vacate an arbitration award. After careful review of The Honorable Michael J. Davis, United States District Judge for the District of Minnesota. the record and the parties’ arguments on appeal, we find no basis for reversal.
