Gerald G. Boyden v. P. J. Squier, Warden, United States Penitentiary, McNeil Island, Washington
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit
Gerald G. Boyden v. P. J. Squier, Warden, United States Penitentiary, McNeil Island, Washington, 188 F.2d 160 (9th Cir. 1951)
1951 U.S. App. LEXIS 2981
Gerald G. Boyden v. P. J. Squier, Warden, United States Penitentiary, McNeil Island, Washington
Opinion
This is an appeal from a judgment denying a writ of habeas corpus. We have carefully examined appellant’s petition for the writ and have considered his arguments, and are of the opinion that the case attempted to be made for his release is wholly without substance.
The judgment is therefore affirmed.
