MEMORANDUM
Appellant Richard W. Carr, Jr., a pediatric dentist, appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment against him, and for Appellee Paul Revere Life Insurance Company, on Carr’s claims of breach of contract, unfair claims practices, and tortious bad faith breach of insurance policy. Finding no genuine issue of material fact,
The terms at issue in Dr. Carr’s insurance policies were not ambiguous.
Because summary judgment may be affirmed on any ground supported by the record,
AFFIRMED.
