MEMORANDUM
Federal prisoner Francisco Ramos appeals the district court’s denial of his 28 U.S.C. § 2255 motion to vacate or correct his sentence for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and/or marijuana, drug possession and distribution, and use of a firearm in relation to a drug trafficking crime.
