For the reasons articulated by the Board of Immigration Appeals in its decision dated April 18, 2006, Vasquez is not currently subject to a final order of removal. Accordingly, we lack jurisdiction to consider this petition. See Lopez-Ruiz v. Ashcroft, 298 F.3d 886, 887 (9th Cir. 2002).
