ORDER In accordance with the mandate of the Supreme Court of the United States, “remand[ing] the case with directions that the application for habeas corpus be dismissed,” United States v. Thuraissigiam, 140 S. Ct. 1959, 1983 (2020), the judgment of the district court, which dismissed with prejudice the petition for a writ of habeas corpus, Thuraissigiam v. U.S. Dep’t of Homeland Sec., 287 F. Supp. 3d 1077, 1083 (S.D. Cal. 2018), is AFFIRMED.
