NOT FOR PUBLICATION FILED UNITED STATES COURT OF APPEALS AUG 28 2026 MOLLY C. DWYER, CLERK U.S. COURT OF APPEALS FOR THE NINTH CIRCUIT UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, No. 26-684 D.C. No. Plaintiff - Appellee, 2:24-cr-00148-RLP-1 v. MEMORANDUM* TAWHNEE WILLOW COLVIN, Defendant - Appellant.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington Rebecca L. Pennell, District Judge, Presiding Submitted August 25, 2026** Before: SILVERMAN, N.R. SMITH, and DE ALBA, Circuit Judges.

Tawhnee Willow Colvin appeals from the district court’s judgment and challenges her jury-trial conviction and 12-month-and-one-day sentence for 25 counts of bank fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1344(2), and one count of embezzlement and theft from a tribal organization in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1163.

* This disposition is not appropriate for publication and is not precedent except as provided by Ninth Circuit Rule 36-3.

Colvin’s counsel filed a brief under Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), stating that there are no non-frivolous arguments for appeal. Colvin has not filed a pro se supplemental brief.

Our independent review of the record, see Penson v. Ohio, 488 U.S. 75, 80 (1988), discloses no non-frivolous arguments to be made on direct appeal.

However, we remand the case to the district court with instructions to correct the written judgment and final order of forfeiture to reflect the restitution amount of $100,830.00.

Counsels’ motion to withdraw is granted.

AFFIRMED; REMANDED to correct the judgment.

* The panel unanimously concludes this case is suitable for decision without oral argument. See Fed. R. App. P. 34(a)(2).
