Fernando F. Lacayanga moves for an extension of time to file his informal brief.
Lacayanga stated that he would file his brief by January 17, 1989. However, to date, no brief has been filed.
Upon consideration thereof,
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
(1) Lacayanga's motion for an extension is denied.
(2) The petition for review is dismissed.
