Implant Direct Int’l moves to withdraw its appeal. Clear Choice Holdings, LLC moves for an extension of time to file its *1011opening brief ten days after the court rules on the pending motion to withdraw the appeal.

Upon consideration thereof, It Is OrDERED That:

(1) The motion to withdraw this appeal is granted. The appeal is dismissed.

(2) Each side shall bear its own costs.

(3) All other pending motions are denied as moot.
