Sam- sung also states that it does not wish to participate as an appellee in Smart Mobile Technologies LLC’s cross-appeals and requests to be removed from the caption. Apple Inc. also moves unopposed for a 14-day extension of time, until September 4, 2024, to file its principal brief.
