United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit

______________________ TIFFANY BUFORD, Appellant v.

SECRETARY OF THE AIR FORCE,

Appellee

______________________

2026-1818 ______________________

Appeal from the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals in No. 8007-RELO, Administrative Judge Jonathan D. Zis- chkau.

______________________

Before LOURIE, PROST, and REYNA, Circuit Judges. PER CURIAM.

ORDER

Tiffany Buford seeks review of a June 7, 2024 final de- cision of the United States Civilian Board of Contract Ap- peals denying her claim for reimbursement of relocation expenses. Having considered her response to this court’s June 5, 2026 show cause order, we now dismiss.

This is Ms. Buford’s second appeal from the same Board decision. As we explained in dismissing her prior appeal, our jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1295(a)(10) does Case: 26-1818 Document: 7 Page: 2 Filed: 08/17/2026 2 BUFORD v. SECRETARY OF THE AIR FORCE not extend to review of “a Board decision on a claim under 31 U.S.C. § 3702(a)(3) for civilian employee federal travel claims.” Buford v. Sec’y of the Air Force, No. 2024-2254, 2025 WL 66185, at *1 (Fed. Cir. Jan. 10, 2025). While we are sympathetic to Ms. Buford’s circumstances, her re- sponse fails to demonstrate any basis to deviate from our prior decision, such that we must again dismiss.

Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED THAT: (1) The appeal is dismissed. (2) The Clerk of Court is directed not to docket any fur- ther appeals from the same Board decision.

(3) Each side shall bear its own costs.
