Opinion of the Court

On mandate of the Supreme Court of the United States, directing further proceedings: That a credit be decreed him in settlement of his account with the Government as a paymaster in the Army for funds of the United States stolen from him, and *706for loss of vouchers, while in the line of his duty, without fault or negligence on his part.

Judgment for claimant, $15,979.97; appealed.
