The controlling facts in this case bring it within the decision of this court in Beadle v. United States, 72 C. Cls. 310, and in Hogaboom v. United States, 86 C. Cls. 537, decided March 7, 1938. Plaintiff is therefore entitled to recover and judgment will be entered in his favor for $1,838. It is so ordered.
