Eental allowances, commutation of quarters; officer in Marine Corps, without dependents, service with troops in China; field duty. On plaintiff’s motion ordered that judgment entered April 5, 1937, in the name of Lofton C. Henderson be corrected, nunc fro tunc, as of said April 5, 1937, to read Lofton E. Henderson, and that the judgment heretofore rendered be entered in the sum of $273.33 in the said name of Lofton E. Henderson (84 C. Cls. 619).
