This case is similar in all respects to and is governed by the decision of this court in the case of Pennsylvania Railroad Company v. The United States, 83 C. Cls., 299.

The plaintiff, San Diego & Arizona Eastern Railway Company, is entitled to recover the sum of $28,918.64. It is so ordered.
