Requisition of vessel. Just compensation.

Upon an offer by plaintiff to compromise, which was accepted by the Attorney General, and upon a stipulation by *876the parties, and upon a report of a commissioner of the court recommending judgment in the agreed amount, it was ordered that judgment be entered for the plaintiff in the sum of $16,000, with interest, as part of just compensation.
