Government contract; transportation of jeeps by railroad. In accordance with the court’s opinion of February 5, 1952, *944121 C. Cls. 475, and on a stipulation by the parties stating that on a report by the General Accounting Office the amount due plaintiff is $2,959.38, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiff be entered for $2,959.38.
