Requisition of vessel; just compensation.

On a stipulation by the parties agreeing to settlement and consenting to judgment, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiff States Marine Corporation be entered for $458,-899.94, such judgment including compensation for delay in payment computed to and including December 31,1955, and providing for a further allowance for delay in payment subsequent to said date and until judgment is paid at the rate of $34.87612 per day.
