On December 17, 1956, defendant’s petition for writ of certiorari was granted by the Supreme Court and the case was reversed and remanded to the Court of Claims in conformity with the Supreme Court opinion in United States v. Western Pacific Railroad. Co., et al., 352 U. S. 59.
