Caughron v. United States

Pursuant to a stipulation of the parties and on the bases of the decisions of this court in Byrnes, et al. v. United States, 163 Ct. Cl. 167, 324 F. 2d 966 (1963), 330 F. 2d 986 (1964), and Fix, et al. v. United States, 177 Ct. Cl. 369, 368 F. 2d 609 (1966), the court on December 18, 1967, ordered that judgment be entered for plaintiff Alastair M. Reid, No. 8, in the sum of $2,019.46.
