Inland Empire Builders, Inc.

On April 17, 1970 (191 Ct. Cl. 742, 424 F. 2d 1370), the court dismissed certain claims set forth in the petition, and allowed plaintiffs 30 days within which to file an amended petition asserting any claims, except those dismissed, they' may have arising out of Lease Areas 1 and 2. Plaintiffs having failed to file an amended petition within the time provided and having failed to request an extension of time for so filing, the court on June 10, 1970 dismissed the petition.
