Astro-Space Laboratories, Inc. v. United States

Following the decision of the court dated December 12, 1972 concluding that defendant was entitled to recover on its first counterclaim and was also entitled to recover for plaintiff’s liability under defendant’s second counterclaim for breach of contract, and pursuant to a stipulation of the parties, judgment was entered for defendant on November 30, 1973 for $38,844.00, together with interest thereon at 6% per annum from November 1, 1973 until paid. Plaintiff’s petition was dismissed.
