Union Pacific Railroad v. United States

On defendant’s motion requesting that the court vacate its order of suspension entered on October 30,1970 (193 Ct. Cl. 1088), and on the basis of the decision of the District Court for the District of Columbia in United States v. United States and Union Pac. R.R., Civil No. 2624-70, on June 23, 1972 the court, by order, granted defendant’s motion and entered judgment for plaintiff for $5,639.12.
