Burlington Northern, Inc. v. United States

Following the filing on June 18,1973 of a memorandum report of the Trial Judge of this court stating that in accordance with the opinion of the court of July 14, 1972 and a stipulation of the parties, plaintiff is entitled to recover $1,422.94 on its petition and defendant is entitled to recover $575 on its counterclaim, with the amount to be offset against the other, the court on June 22, 1973 ordered that judgment be entered for plaintiff in the sum of $847.94.
