Methonics, Inc. v. United States

With reference to the order dated May 28, 1976, reported at 210 Ct. Cl. 685, it has been administratively determined that plaintiff is liable to defendant in the amount of $13,709.90. Plaintiff not having contested this determination either administratively or in this court, on May 27, 1977, the court entered judgment for defendant for $13,709.90, and dismissed the petition.
