On February 2, 1979 the court entered judgment for plaintiffs in the sum of $74,825.70, plus interest at $9.62 *719per day starting December 1, 1978 until judgment is paid. (Originally consolidated with Duane Barnes, No. 878-71, and withdrawn before opinion reported at 210 Ct. Cl. 467, 538 F. 2d 865.)
