Opinion of the Court

On July 9, 1979 the court awarded attorneys’ fees to Jack Joseph on behalf of himself, the law firm of Pritzker, *992Pritzker & Clinton, and the estates of Wesley E. Disney and Charles B. Rogers in the amount of $48,723.59 which represents 10% of the net award in docket No. 27. This award is to be distributed as agreed to by counsel, with 35% to be paid to the estates of Wesley E. Disney and Charles B. Rogers, or their successors, and 65% to the law firm of Pritzker, Pritzker & Clinton.
