Chippewa Creek Tribe v. United States

On March 18,1980 the court entered partial judgment for plaintiffs for $47,376,622.93 (representing the total award of $52,527,337.97, less the maximum of $5,150,715.04 claimed by the Government as gratuitous offsets). The partial judgment is without prejudice to the entry of any further judgment for the parties upon the final determination of the gratuitous offsets to which the Government is entitled in accordance with the decision of this court of December 12,1979, in Appeal No. 8-78.
