ANDERSON, District Judge.

Come now the parties by their respective solicitors, and thereupon the court, having heard the argument of counsel and duly considered the same, and being sufficiently advised in the premises, overrules all the exceptions to the report of the special master herein, and it is ordered that said report of the special master be, and the same is hereby, fully approved and confirmed.
