Protest 933583-G of V. M. Calderon Co.

Opinion of the Court

Opinion by

Cline, J.

It appeared that the olives were packed in five-gallon tins, two tins to a case, and that each contained a label marked “Packed in-Spain.” On the authority of Asiam v. United States (25 C. C. P. A. 68, T. D. 49065) it was held that the immediate containers of the stuffed olives were sufficiently marked. The protest was therefore sustained.
