It was stipulated that the merchandise consists of bookends and letter openers chiefly used in the household for utilitarian -purposes. The claim as household utensils at 40 percent under paragraph 339 was therefore sustained. Bookends, vases, and candlesticks plated with silver were held dutiable at 50 percent under paragraph 339.
