In accordance with stipulation of counsel that the merchandise consists of beads, composed of galalith, similar in all material respects to those the subject of Gerstenzang Werner Co., Inc. v. United States (21 Cust. Ct. 97, C. D. 1136), the claim of the plaintiff was sustained.
