In accordance with stipulation of counsel that the merchandise consists of Mexican tecali stones suitable for use in the manufacture of jewelry similar in all material respects to those the subject of L. Heller & Son, Inc. v. United States (25 Cust. Ct. 83, C. D. 1268), the claim of the plaintiff was sustained.
