Opinion by
In accordance with stipulation of counsel that certain items of the merchandise consist of wax-coated paper the same in all material respects as those the subject of C. S. Allen Corp. v. United States (38 C. C. P. A. 48, C. A. D. 438), except that the merchandise in question is not covered in any part with metal or its solutions, the claim of the plaintiff was sustained.
