In accordance with stipulation of counsel that the merchandise consists of bicycles, having wheels in diameter (measured to the outer circumference of the tire) over 25 inches, weighing under 36 pounds complete without accessories, not designed for use with tires having a cross-sectional diameter over 1% inches, valued at over $16.66% each, the claim of the plaintiff was sustained.
