Opinion by

In accordance with stipulation of counsel that the merchandise consists of nylon pile ribbons similar in use to silk pile ribbons and the record establishing that the merchandise was withdrawn from warehouse prior to the enactment of Public Law 85-645 (T.D. 54676), effective September 13, 1958, the claim of the lilaintiff was sustained. United States v. Steinberg Bros. (47 CCPA 47, C.A.D. 727), followed.
