Opinion by

In accordance with stipulation of counsel that the merchandise consists of nylon fabrics similar in use to silk woven fabrics, bleached, not Jacquard-figured, and exceeding 30 inches in width, and the record establishing that the merchandise was withdrawn from warehouse prior to the enactment of Public Law 85-645 (T.D. 54676), effective 'September 13, 1958, the claim of the plaintiff was sustained. United States v. Steinberg Bros. (47 CCP A 47, C.A.D. 727), followed.
