Opinion of the Court
In accordance with stipulation of counsel that the merchandise covered by the foregoing protests consists of “piano wire rosary bracelets” similar in all material respects to those the subject of Devon Trading Company v. United States (48 Cust. Ct. 451, Abstract 66761) and The J. Orlando Co., Inc., et al. v. United States (43 Cust. Ct. 115, C.D. 2114), the claim of the plaintiffs was sustained.
