In accordance with stipulation of counsel that the merchandise covered by the foregoing protests consists of silver rods and grain similar in all material respects to those the subject of Jarrell-Ash Co. v. United States (60 Cust. Ct. 65, C.D. 3261), the claim of the plaintiff was sustained.
